At ARMOND, we value exquisite craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Before placing an order, please carefully read our return and refund terms.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their product.
Conditions for return eligibility include:
* Items must be unused and remain in their original condition.
* Footwear returns must include the original packaging and all accompanying accessories.
* Products showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use are not eligible for return.
* Proof of purchase must be provided.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
* Customers are responsible for signing for and paying for the package upon delivery.
* Refusing a package without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.
* Shipping fees incurred for COD packages that are refused will not be refunded (except in cases of free shipping).
* In cases of repeated refusals or failed deliveries, ARMOND reserves the right to decline future COD service to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are free of charge; no additional fees apply.
Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we offer size exchange services.
Please ensure you contact our customer support team *before* returning any items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include photographs of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
#Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (where applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
